Shipping Information
Standard shipping applies within Slovakia. In case of national transport,
we usually deliver using our own transport. Sometimes we also use the services of smaller delivery companies we work with.
Delivery time
We provide customers with products from our fixed offer within 30 business days after purchase. The standard delivery time applies to non-finished wood products as well as those that are partially or fully finished by us.
In the case of individual orders, the delivery time may be slightly extended. If it exceeds 30 business days, you will always be informed in advance.
Stair installation
We produce stairs and various accessoires that you can install yourself. We understand that this process can be complicated, so we also offer installation as part of our services. This can be done throughout Slovakia. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding your order.
Payment Options
We accept several payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you best.
You can pay for your order by credit or debit card, Google Pay, or bank transfer.
We also offer the option to pay a 50% deposit.
The deposit is paid after confirming your order – either by bank transfer or credit card – and once received, we start the production of your custom stairs.
The remaining balance is paid after production is completed, before delivery.
